We are delighted to announce the first in a series of pop-up events on 26th February.
The event will take place at The Parlour at The Lifford Memorial Hall in Broadway.
The event will be a collaboration between Foodbybazza and a locally renowned chef, Tom Rains.
All about Tom
Tom Rains – Until recently Tom has been Executive Head Chef at The Daffodil restaurant in his hometown of Cheltenham. He has a strong passion for seasonal quality ingredients, treated simply with respect and care. His classical training and modern technique is evident to see and taste in his everyday cooking. Tom’s impressive career began as an apprentice chef at The Lygon Arms followed by 10 years in London working in the kitchens at the Berkeley, Claridge’s, L’Escargot, and as well as senior sous chef to culinary legend Anton Mosimann at his Belgravia Club, Tom also worked a year at the famous Gstaad Palace hotel in Switzerland. His career continued in Cheltenham at The Montpelier Chapter as Head Chef. Tom is an accomplished chef and takes his inspiration from the beautiful Cotswold surroundings and the abundant supply of fresh quality local produce.

A selection of wines will be available for purchase on the evening (cash only).
Seating is cabaret style on tables of 6 and one table of 10 and the event will be sharing style.
Dietary requirements can be catered for on request.

Pre payment is required by BACS on booking confirmation.
