On Tuesday 22 November we held a Spanish Evening from the Food By Bazza team at the Lifford Hall in Broadway.
Spiced lamb meatballs, lemon, parsley and garlic sauce
Marinated goats cheese, chilli and coriander seeds
Morcilla, peas, mint, fennel seeds
Chick pea, cucumber and tomato salad
Sardines, peppers, olives, capers and red onion
Breast chicken, sherry, green olives, garlic and oregano
Roasted Jerusalem artichokes
Dark chocolate, cinnamon and orange

In the summer of 2016 we produced a programme of unique and very popular outdoor dining experiences at the exclusive venue of Barnbury, Winchcombe during summer 2016. The Secret Garden Series featured one-off dishes and menus from a variety of local chefs and restaurants, including Simpsons Fish and Chips, David Kelman from Ellenborough Park, Michelin-star trained young Chef Alex Bond and the East India Cafe.
The Secret Garden Series follows the success of our on-going Parlour Series, which has seen us host a number of events at some of the Cotswolds’ most unusual venues, all in partnership with local suppliers.
