My friend, Kay Haslam, lives in one of Broadway’s most beautiful and historically significant homes. Luggershill (as it was originally known) was designed and built as the home for Alfred Parsons, the Edwardian painter and garden designer.
Kay, and her husband, Red, lovingly restored the home to its previous glory. Kay very kindly offered to host the first of our Supper Club events last week.
It was a truly successful evening, not least because of the remarkable, classical setting.
Tom Rains and I initiated the evening with cocktails served in the Drawing Room for a very convivial party of 10 local guests.
The evening progressed with dinner and here is the fabulous menu which Tom produced especially for the evening.
So what’s up next?
A magical mystery supper on 15th April. Details to follow.
Be prepared for a casual, social and fun evening and a unique dining experience.
Watch this space. We are taking provisional reservations right now.
